Even if you're not open and you say a customer come to the door at least come to the door and say hey we're not open and will help you as soon as we open. It's very rude to sit there and stare at a customer and then not lift a finger or even come over and say hey what do you need.

Been coming here for almost ten years with a variety of beaters and newer cars. Matt and Adam have consistently been upfront about what is necessary and what I can get away without having to fix for a while longer. They have offered fair prices for everything and have never tried to upsell me like other places do. I have been able to ask them questions on all my vehicles and they will give straight forward answers in ways that are easy to understand for non mechanics.

Discount Tire & Service on Second Street is hands down the best service shop in the area. Matt and Adam have been serving St. Charles for decades, and it’s easy to see why. The team is honest, trustworthy, and never tries to upsell — just straightforward advice and very fair, reasonable pricing. It’s rare to find a shop you can completely trust, but this is one of them. Consistently great service and solid work every time. Highly recommend.

Adam at Discount Tire in downtown St. Charles is the hardest worker I know! He's exceptionally knowledgeable, the nicest guy ever, and truly exceeded our expectations with service and suggestions for my son’s new wheels & tires. Downtown St. Charles is definitely the only location to go!
